Bitcast, the creator-marketing network operating as Bittensor Subnet 93, has announced an expansion beyond Web3 as it prepares new products for the broader technology market.

The announcement introduces Outfold, a Web2-facing brand for enterprise technology marketing on YouTube; expanded Stitch3 intelligence for X; AI-powered customer acquisition; and fiat payment support for brands and creators. Bitcast said the move follows a year in which it delivered 114 campaigns, onboarded 880 creators and reached a combined creator audience of 10.3 million.

Until now, the subnet has been focused primarily on helping Web3 projects grow through creator marketing. The next phase aims to apply the same underlying model to AI, SaaS, fintech, developer tools, cybersecurity, and other technology categories.

Moving Into Broader Technology Marketing

Bitcast's core product connects brands with creators and rewards content based on measurable campaign performance. The network connects brands with influencers, allowing brands to access creators and pay for delivered reach while creators collaborate with campaigns without traditional administrative overhead.

Moreover, Bitcast is a decentralized creator economy system built around three main participant groups:

  1. Miners produce and publish YouTube content for active campaign briefs.
  2. Validators verify performance data using YouTube Analytics access.
  3. Brands define the briefs that creators compete to satisfy.

Moving forward, Bitcast says they're moving from a Web3-specific campaign network into a broader technology marketing infrastructure layer, looking to maximize creator marketing spend on YouTube and X for tech teams.

"We’ve proven the model. Now we’re taking everything we’ve built and expanding beyond Web3. Over the coming months, we’re launching products built specifically for the wider technology market: AI, SaaS, fintech, dev tools, cybersecurity..."

What Outfold and Stitch3 Add

Outfold is YouTube marketing built for enterprise technology companies, with tools to discover creators, assess audience fit, launch campaigns, reward performance, and scale what works.

The key distinction, according to the announcement, is Outfold's intelligence layer. Bitcast says that most creator databases are static and built to cover every industry at once. Bitcast is positioning Outfold around continuously updated creator profiles that track the technologies creators cover, sponsorship activity, market narratives, commercial relevance, and technical expertise.

That data can matter as much as raw audience size for enterprise technology brands. A large channel may be less useful than a smaller creator whose audience closely matches a company's buyer, developer community, or technical niche. Outfold's pitch is that technology marketing needs creator intelligence specific to the market, not a generic influencer database applied across unrelated industries.

Stitch3 is also expanding beyond campaign execution. Bitcast said it will make its X ecosystem intelligence available more broadly, helping users follow emerging ecosystems, identify who is shaping conversations, monitor competitors and track market narratives. Bitcast aims the product at brands, investors, founders, analysts and agencies that need real-time visibility into technology markets.

Fiat Payments and AI-Led Acquisition Lower the Barrier

The addition of fiat payments is an important part of the expansion. Bitcast said brands will be able to pay in fiat or crypto, while creators will be able to receive payment in either format.

That change will enable Bitcast to better serve non-crypto technology companies, many of which are not prepared to manage crypto payments just to run a creator campaign.

Expanding Bitcast Discoverability

Overall, this expansion evolves Bitcast into a protocol that powers two intelligence platforms, Stitch3 and Outfold, while priming Bitcast for a more automated customer acquisition model.

Instead of only engaging companies when they are ready to launch creator campaigns, the products give potential customers intelligence tools they can use earlier in the marketing and research process. With Stitch3 and Outfold bringing businesses into the Bitcast ecosystem, AI agents will identify and engage potential customers. Creator marketing then becomes the natural paid step after a company has already used Outfold or Stitch3 to understand its market.

"We believe this transforms customer acquisition from a sales-led process into a scalable growth engine for the business."
