TAO Galaxy, a no-code platform for the Bittensor economy, has reached $500,000 in TVL across its Bittensor subnet strategies only four weeks after going live.
In the announcement from CEO Allan Quantifi, he said the figure shows demand from dTAO investors for a more systematic way to gain exposure to Bittensor subnets, a market where participants must track fast-moving token flows, emissions, volatility, and relative subnet performance.

Allan also noted that dTAO is "time-consuming and emotionally draining" for human investors because the market requires constant information processing, risk management, execution, and rebalancing. As such, TAO Galaxy's goal is to build an algorithmic layer for subnet exposure that reduces human bias and applies repeatable rules across the market.
TAO Galaxy's first products are systematic subnet indexes that use onchain quantitative signals to build and rebalance baskets of subnet exposure. The platform currently lists two strategies: Momentum, which targets subnets showing stronger recent on-chain strength, and Growth, which focuses on lower-cap subnets with more favorable yield-to-volatility characteristics.
The company's indexes are rebalanced daily and are designed to model specific behaviors in the Bittensor subnet market. Momentum weights recent price strength, emissions trends, TAO inflows, and stake velocity, while Growth screens for realized volatility and emission yield.
Allan acknowledged that recent conditions have been favorable and said the team expects periods when following the strategies becomes more difficult. He said TAO Galaxy plans to gradually increase TVL to 5,000 TAO over the next four weeks while trying to preserve signal quality and execution.
