Manako Labs has formed a strategic alliance with PwC France and PwC Maghreb to deploy enterprise-grade “physical AI” systems powered by decentralized infrastructure on Bittensor.

The partnership will see PwC France integrate Manako’s Business Operations World Model, built on Score Subnet 44, into its advisory services. The goal is to help enterprise clients transform existing camera networks into real-time systems capable of triggering automated actions across physical environments.

From Camera Data to Real-Time Action, Powered by Decentralized Infrastructure

Manako’s system is designed to operate as a Business Operations World Model, interpreting, through cameras, what is happening across physical environments in real time and triggering actions. Instead of functioning as a traditional camera tool or detection model, the platform connects to existing camera networks and executes predefined responses such as lockdowns, dispatches, audit reports, and workflow automations.

The system is built to act directly within operational environments. Users can connect camera feeds and define objectives in plain language, allowing the platform to monitor, interpret, and execute actions continuously.

By integrating this system, PwC France and Maghreb aim to help clients move from identifying use cases in computer vision to deploying production-ready systems at scale, without requiring specialized teams or new infrastructure.

The platform is powered by Score, a decentralized computer vision network operating within the Bittensor ecosystem. The network trains and deploys specialized “Vision Agents” capable of interpreting visual data across environments at global scale.

Together, Manako and Score position physical AI as a horizontal utility, designed to be accessible across industries including retail, logistics, manufacturing, and energy, while remaining cost-efficient and scalable.

“Bittensor isn’t a demo network. It’s running inside 77-year-old companies that move millions of physical goods. That’s adoption.”

Enterprise Demand Shifts Toward Scalable Physical AI Deployment

For PwC France and Maghreb, the alliance addresses what Manako describes as increasing urgency among enterprise clients to operationalize AI systems beyond experimentation.

“Physical AI is rapidly moving from emerging technology to an operational necessity,” said Jean-Thomas Ledore, strategy partner at PwC France and Maghreb. “By partnering with Manako and leveraging Score decentralized AI infrastructure on Bittensor, we enable our clients to move faster beyond observation and experimentation, and toward real-world execution, turning physical environments into systems that drive decisions, actions, and scalable value creation.”

Manako CEO Maxime Sebti framed the opportunity in similar terms, emphasizing the cost of inaction for enterprises that fail to operationalize their existing data streams.

“Vision AI is no longer a future concept. It is becoming an operational necessity for any organisation that operates in the physical world. The gap between observation and action is where enterprises are losing substantial amounts of value every year,” Sebti said.

The alliance is positioned as a global initiative, extending beyond France and the Maghreb region while introducing a potential distribution channel across PwC’s enterprise client base, which spans some of the largest organizations in the world.

If even a fraction of that client base is onboarded to Score, the Bittensor ecosystem stands to gain significant capital inflow.
