Targon has unveiled Targon Tower Pro, a new high-performance computing system designed to bring enterprise-grade AI infrastructure into residential environments while allowing owners to monetize unused compute capacity.

The product, is part of a broader effort to take back compute ownership from centralized cloud providers, combining large-scale GPU clusters with confidential computing technologies, enabling users to operate powerful AI hardware locally.

Users can also switch their machines into an "Earning Mode," allowing idle GPU capacity to participate in Targon's confidential computing network and generate passive revenue.

The initial product lineup includes several configurations ranging from an eight-GPU RTX 5090 build to systems powered by Nvidia H100 and H200 accelerators. The entry-level Tower Pro 5090 includes 512GB of RAM, an Intel TDX-enabled processor, and eight Nvidia RTX 5090 GPUs. Higher-end configurations scale to as much as 2TB of memory and eight H200 GPUs.

Targon says the systems rely on Nvidia confidential computing technologies alongside Intel Trust Domain Extensions (TDX), allowing workloads to run within encrypted environments designed to protect data and computation from unauthorized access.
